Second half of the semester.. here we go!
For our fresh start after spring break, I’ve loaded up on new library books. I’ll be lugging them around for the next couple of weeks for you to look at.
1. Graphic Artist’s Guild Handbook of Pricing and Ethical Guidelines
2. Art + Science Now additional review on this book
3. Chip Kidd – amazing book designer and lover of comics (note: Intro to Mac students AND Photoshop 2 for our next project)
4. Stylepedia: A Guide to Graphic Design Mannerisms, Quirks and Conceits – by two heavy weights in design: Steven Heller and Louise Fili. Another one of Louise’s books that I love is this one – check it out if you are seduced by scripts!
