Hey students,
Above is a sneak peak of my installation, Cutting Words, (a cut paper exhibition intervention consisting of 300 feet of cut words out of paper) at Whitespace Collection. The above photo shows my work (top, white, lacy words) as well as works from renowned artists Christian Boltanski and Erwin Wurm. The exhibit opens next Friday, Nov. 4 and is from 6 to 10 p.m. It’s $3 for students to get in – would love to see you!
Regardless of my piece.. Whitespace Collection is an amazing resource in the community. The private collection of Marvin and Elayne Mordes, it houses an amazing array of contemporary art including sculpture, photography, painting and drawings.
